SnapPhoto.app provides an AI-powered tool to help you create, edit, and format photos to meet various government visa requirements. We provide digital image files and printable templates.

• Accuracy: You are responsible for the quality of the photo you upload. Low-quality, blurry, or improperly lit original photos may result in a final product that does not meet official standards.
• Rights: You must own the rights to the photos you upload or have explicit permission from the person in the photo.
• Lawful Use: You agree not to use this service for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.

• Pricing: Prices for digital downloads and printable sheets are displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are one-time payments; we do not charge recurring subscriptions.
• Payment Processing: All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment partners (e.g., Stripe or Lemon Squeezy).

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once the final high-resolution photo has been downloaded.
• Acceptance Guarantee: If your photo is rejected by a government authority specifically due to a formatting error caused by our tool, please contact us with proof of rejection. We will either fix the photo for free or provide a full refund at our discretion.

While we strive to keep our database of government requirements up to date and accurate:

• We do not guarantee that your photo will be accepted by any government agency.
• Final acceptance of any photo is at the sole discretion of the respective government authority.
• SnapPhoto.app is not liable for any travel delays, missed appointments, or financial losses resulting from a rejected photo.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapPhoto.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

We own the design, AI logic, and branding of SnapPhoto.app. You retain ownership of your original photos, and we grant you a non-exclusive license to use the processed photos for your personal visa/passport applications.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any service interruptions.
