1. Government Acceptance Guarantee
Our primary goal is to ensure your photo meets official government standards.
- Eligibility: If your photo is officially rejected by a government agency (embassy, consulate, or passport office) due to a formatting or compliance error caused by our tool, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
- How to Claim: To request a refund under this guarantee, please email us at support@snapphoto.app within 30 days of purchase. You must include your Order ID and a screenshot or scan of the official rejection notice or a description of the error provided by the authorities.
2. When Refunds Are Issued
We will also issue a refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical Errors: If a technical glitch on our website prevents you from downloading the photo after a successful payment.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same photo due to a system error.
3. When Refunds Are Not Issued
As we provide immediate access to high-resolution digital files, we generally do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: You no longer need the visa or have decided to use a different photo service after downloading our file.
- User Error:You uploaded a photo that was too blurry, low-resolution, or did not follow our “Photo Requirements” tips (e.g., wearing sunglasses, face covered), and the AI was unable to correct these fundamental flaws.
- Incorrect Selection: You selected the wrong country or photo type (e.g., selecting US Visa instead of China Visa) and have already downloaded the final result.
4. Refund Process
- Review: Once your request is received, we will review it within 2–3 business days.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Credit: The refund will be applied back to your original method of payment (e.g., your credit card or PayPal). Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
