• Photos: The images you upload to create your visa or ID photos.
• Contact Information: Your email address (if provided) to send you the finished photos and your receipt.
• Payment Information: Payment is handled by secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe or Lemon Squeezy). We do not store your credit card details.

We use your photos solely to:

• Analyze and adjust the image to meet official government requirements.
• Remove and replace the background with the required color.
• Deliver the final high-resolution digital files and printable sheets to you.

We do not use your photos to identify you or for any marketing purposes.

To ensure your privacy, we have a strict deletion policy:

• Automatic Deletion: All uploaded photos and processed results are permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
• No Permanent Storage: We do not maintain a permanent database of user faces.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and while it is temporarily stored on our secure systems. Access is strictly limited to the automated processes required to fulfill your order.

We only share your data with essential service providers who help us operate (such as payment processors and email delivery services). These partners are legally bound to protect your data and cannot use it for their own purposes.

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. Given our 24-hour deletion policy, most data is removed automatically before a request can be processed.
